Charis is a senior student at Mercy in Action College of Midwifery and is certified in NRP and CPR/BLS. She is also the owner of Touch of Grace, Birth and Bodywork, bringing 13 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and offering placenta encapsulation services.

A mom of three incredible kiddos, Charis has personally experienced the joy of homebirth and has supported dozens of home and birth center births throughout the greater Kalamazoo area. She is deeply passionate about expanding access to midwifery care in Michigan and advocating for safe, affordable options for all families.
